I am not typically one that writes reviews; however, I would be remiss if i did not express my gratitude to Dr. Chanin, Pam and the entire team at Holbrook Smiles. From my visit almost 20 years ago through my most recent journey through the daunting process of dental implants, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by both the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr. Chanin inspires the utmost confidence by his smile and by his wealth of knowledge, skill and professionalism. Kudos and the highest recommendation to Holbrook Smiles! I will be forever grateful to them for helping me smile again.

I have been going to Holbrook Smiles for seven years. Several times I have had dental emergencies that required an emergency appointment ASAP possible and have been accomodated the same day. (One time they took me on short notice right before their Holiday Luncheon!). I enjoy being seen by both dentists and their technicians, who make every attempt to be reassuring. Their dental work is attractive, comfortable, natural feeling and reasonably priced. (I have yet to experience pain either while they work on me or afterwards.) To stay on top of my dental health, I see their very thorough Hygienist, Heather, four times a year. She, along with the dentists, have navigated me around gum disease I suffered as a result of highly stressful chemotherapy. My checkups are perfect now! The office staff are very pleasant and helpful. The entire practice is very friendly, and take the time to get to know their patients as individuals. Visiting Holbrook Smiles is a very pleasant experience.

Long time patient..but have not been there in 6 years (my bad). My bridge came loose in the evening, called in the morning and got an appt for early afternoon. I usually see Dr. Cinski, But Dr. Chanin had an opening. Dr. Chanin did a great job. Removed the bridge prepared and installed a new post and replaced the bridge all in the same appt. Both Dr. Chanin and Dr. Cinski are great at what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist! Thanks to you both and your wonderful staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Chanin for the past thirty years. He is a consummate dental professional who has provided me with superior dental care over these many years. His expertise and knowledge of dentistry is expansive and he is meticulous in caring for his patients. if you combine this with his warm and caring personality, you have an individual who could only be viewed as someone you want to choose as your dentist. I have never walked out of his office feeling I received any less than the most qualitative oral care. I urge all potential patients to choose Dr. Chanin if they want the best dental care possible.

For many years did not go to the dentist. Had a bad couple of teeth went to Dr Chanin after a couple of visits no more problems. Been going now for several fears with regular check ups and cleanings. He is number one in my book.

My first visit with Dr. Chanin was such a pleasant experience. You're first greeted with Tina And Gayle with friendly smiles, all your questions and worries are answered in such a professional manner. Mary the assistant made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Chanin came in the room and greeted me as if he hadn't seen me in years ( by the way this was my first visit) he was warm, friendly and very sincere any questions and concerns are all answered. I didn't know what to expect at my first visit well let me tell you when you walk in Tina and Gayle greet you with such warm and friendly smiles Dr. Chanin what a pleasant and gentle person,you can tell he has a kind heart and enjoys his work. When my dentist retired many years ago I decided to heed some friend’s advice and tried Dr. Chanin. What a smart decision I had made. This is a warm and very caring practice. Everyone who works here is so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Chanin explains what he needs to do for the situation at hand and is most gentle and reassuring. He also makes suggestions that you may choose to have done that will improve your appearance. There is never any pressure but definitely food for thought. Recently I had an emergency and called late in the day right after it occurred. Due to medical treatment I was to begin in a few days Doctor Chanin squeezed me in. He had a big job to tackle , but he did so very quietly and efficiently. His assistant was most helpful to both him and me. It took a while , but I am happy to say he concluded the repair and made it look and feel like new. He has a never-give-up attitude that is one you will truly appreciate. You will love it here just as I do!

I have had the privilege of going to Dr. Cinski for years. He is warm-hearted and works so hard to maintain my healthy teeth. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming that there are no nerves when I go to the dentists. There are, however, plenty of smiles! I am lucky to have found this office and recommend it to everyone that I know.

Ruth and I both enjoy our visits to Dr. CHanin. The entire staff is well qualified and always treat us professionally and with respect. Dr. Chanin's skill is without peer and is truly exemplary. He has amen the dread out of visits to the dentist.

I'd like to thank Holbrook Smiles in giving my husband Ron faith in dentists! Most of all making him feel very comfortable, putting him in a relaxing mode, just the trust he had in you to do what was needed to be done with his dental needs! Ron hadn't been to a real dentist in a very long time, you put him at ease, he had a lot of faith in you, believe you me! First visit Ron had, he said I'm a COWARD! My first visit to Dr Chanin was in November of 1976. Our entire family sees Dr Chanin and Dr Cinski. The dentists and the staff are all wonderful! We highly recommend them.

My family has been going to Dr. Chanin for over 40 years. He is a great dentist. He is caring, excellent at what he does and an all around nice person. My husband and I started with him in 1976. My three children went to him and still continue to use his practice. In fact my grandchildren are now patients there. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and care for you. It is not easy going to the dentist to begin with but when the staff makes you feel at home it helps alot. Thank you Dr. Chanin and staff for all you have done for us over the years.

The dentists and staff are wonderful. I have been going there for years. My son had an emergency was he was younger and Dr. Cinski was so great with him and saved his teeth and made my son feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them.

My First visit with Dr.Chanin was an emergency visit to cement a bridge that fell out. I was very pleased that he took me right away into his schedule and restored my bridge into my mouth. Pending work to be done to restore my bridge permanently. All personnel that worked on me were very professional and put me at ease and made me very comfortable. My first thought was to get dentures until Dr. Chanin spoke to me about saving my teeth that would be beneficial to my health. He is a top dentist and does excellent dental work with care and his expertise.

I was referred to Dr. Cinski about a year ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The doctors and staff are amazing. I am impressed with the level of care and the professionalism they all possess. They make you feel like family from the first visit! I highly recommend Holbrook Smiles to anyone who is looking for quality dental care. I love Dr Chanin. He is the most talented dentist that I have ever gone to.. Dr Chanin brought back my smile.. I used to have anxiety when I would sit in a dentist chair but not anymore.. Dr Chanin has made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.. Dr Cinski is great too both my boys go to him..

Pleasant, professional staff. The longest I've had to wait has been about 10 minutes. Once in the chair, everything is done quickly and is explained thoroughly. Dr. Chanin is cordial and funny and takes an interest in you. And the work he has done on my teeth has been nothing less than exceptional. How many doctors can work on two cracked teeth and not use anything for pain, but yet you feel nothing. You never seem rushed or like you are number. I'm probably one of the only people in the world that will say that I love going to the dentist. Also, I love the text message verification for appointments. If you ever forget that you have an appointment, you receive a text two days prior where you have to confirm the appointment.

I love the entire office! My family and I have been coming to the office for 10 yrs and we couldn't be more pleased with everyone given their excellent and professional service! I love seeing the ladies in the front who are always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us.

It is difficult to say that you can have an awesome experience at the dentist office.Believe or not that is exactly what happens in that happy office with absolutely lovely professionals.Thank you very very much!!!

This is the best dentist in New York. Great doctors, staff, and assistants. For a person who dislikes dentists they make you feel right at home. You can't find any better dentist in America guaranteed!!!

12/12/2016 Dr. Chanin and Dr. Cinski and all of their staff are wonderful....... My cap fell out and I needed an emergency visit. Dr. Chanin without hesitation took excellent care of me and fixed my problem. He is a GREAT dentist and I am lucky to have him as my Dentist. thank you.

My family and I started going to Dr. Chanin a little over 40 years ago. We all love him. He is an excellent dentist.. up to the minute of everything.. friendly..so very professional. He truly makes a dental visit pleasurable. Knowing how excellent his is... I recommend him to everyone. He and, now Dr. Cinski are both top notch dentists. His entire team is tops. I see Dr. Chanin as my dentist and he has helped me correct a dental abnormality that I was born (something I had always been insecure about) with with natural looking veneers. By far this is the most friendly and efficiently run office. My first time using them, I had an infected tooth. When I called the office and explained my situation, Lorraine was able to give me an appointment for the same day. Upon entering the office, I was seen almost immediately by Dr. Chanin. Not only was he able to diagnose my problem, but was able to alleviate my pain. I have also been treated by Dr. Cinski, and both doctors are equally proficient and compassionate. The office staff, Lorraine, Tina, Gale, and Maria go above and beyond to welcome you into a friendly, cheerful and caring office. Not to mention their expertise in what they do. Cleanings by Donna are actually an enjoyable experience. She's excellent at what she does, and the procedure is painless. Deanne , the assistant, has to be one of the most caring people I have ever met. She is there to calm any fears that you may have. I highly recommend Holbrook Smiles.

My husband and I have always been pleased with the professional and caring service at the office of Drs Chanin and Cinski. As a longtime patient of Dr Chanin, I recently experienced a broken cusp while Dr Chanin was on vacation. When I called the office, I was given an appointment to see Dr Cinski the following day. Other than saying hello, our interaction with Dr Cinski was limited. When I got into his chair, he immediately eased my concerns and gave me the gentlest injection I ever experienced. Also, his assistant Deanne held my hand during the injection and it really helped calm my nerves. Dr Cinski simply explained the problem and discussed options by using a camera and an enlarged image on a TV next to the dental chair. This view helped me understand what happened and I went home much less nervous and very confident in the actions of my dental office. The following week Dr. Chanin performed "miracle dentistry" that saved my tooth and pocketbook. This office cares!!

Our family could not have asked for a better family dentist. Always a great experience.
